HF预处理对石英质玉尾矿微晶玻璃晶相及微观结构的影响 被引量:1

Effects of HF Pretreatment on Crystalline Phase and Microstructure of Glass-ceramic Prepared by Quartzose Jade Tailings

摘要 使用HF对石英质玉尾矿进行预处理后,协同无铅CRT玻璃制备了微晶玻璃。采用DSC、XRF、XRD、FE-SEM及EDX等测试技术分析了微晶玻璃样品热处理过程中的热反应、晶相和显微结构。结果表明:使用HF对石英质玉尾矿进行预处理,能提高石英质玉尾矿的烧结活性。随着HF溶液浓度的上升,预处理后石英质玉尾矿的烧结活性先升高后降低。其中8%HF溶液处理4 h的样品烧结后,主晶相为透长石和钠长石,晶粒呈板状;次晶相为石英和透辉石,晶粒分别呈颗粒状和枝状。 Glass-ceramic was prepared with dismantled cathode ray tubes(CRT) and HF-pretreated jade tailing which contains large amounts of Quartz.The thermal effects,crystalline phases and microstructures of tailings and glass-ceramics were investigated by comprehensive thermal analysis(DSC),X-ray fluorescence(XRF),X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM).Results show that the sintering activity of quartz jade tailings could be improved by HF pretreatment.With the increase of HF concentration,the sintering activity of quartzose jade tailings is first increased and then decreased.The sample shows the highest sintering activity treated by 8% HF(S8) for 4 h.The major crystalline phases of S8 are plate-like sanidine and albite.In addition,the diopside phase with dendritic grains is also formed.
