摘要
铅酸蓄电池生产过程中,和膏后和极板固化后铅膏的物相组成、微观结构对成品蓄电池的性能会产生直接的影响。所以,在实际生产中,除了需要关注和膏后铅膏的稳定性、一致性之外,还要随时关注固化生极板铅膏在不同搁置条件下物相的变化,以及结构性能。本文中,笔者利用X射线衍射仪(DX2700),邵氏硬度计(LX-D型)对和膏时和固化后铅膏不同搁置条件下的物相组成,以及正生板的硬度进行了跟踪分析。
The phase composition and microstructure of lead paste whether after paste mixing or after plate curing have a direct impact on the performance of fnished battery in the production process of lead-acid batteries, and therefore in the actual production, in addition to pay attention to the stability and consistency of lead paste, it is also needed to keep an eye on the phase composition and structure of cured green plate under different shelving conditions. In this paper, the X-ray diffractometer (DX2700) and Shore hardness tester (LX-D) were used to analyze the phase composition of the lead paste and cured green plate, and the hardness of the green positive plate under different shelving conditions.
