4例布鲁菌感染病例分析 被引量:2

摘要 布鲁菌病是由布鲁菌引起的一种重要的动物源性人兽共患病。我国西北部牧区为布鲁菌病高发区。但随着国家畜牧业及旅游业的发展,来自疫区的染病牲畜的病原菌极可能经消化道、皮肤黏膜、呼吸道等途径侵入人体而引起感染或发病。当前布鲁菌病在城市的流行出现了新特点,即多发、分散的点状流行。临床症状主要是反复不规则发热、盗汗、乏力、关节痛等[1])。临床症状与普通的感冒相似,易引起临床误诊,也因此易被人们忽视,
