稳压电源系统失效分析

摘要 研究了稳压电源系统的基本组成结构,开关变换器是电源系统中最主要也是最容易发生故障的部位。通过分析BOOST变换器的结构及工作原理,得出了变换器的频率、相位、品质因数等参数信息可以反映出系统的状态信息。分析了电解电容的结构原理,得出了造成电源系统失效的主要原因是电解电容的失效。电解电容的失效主要造成系统的稳定性下降,而且使输出电压的纹波电压增大。通过测量电源的输出电压即可得知电源系统的状态信息,为了解稳压电源系统的状态提供了帮助。 The basic structure of the regulated power supply system was studied. The switching converter is themost important and most vulnerable parts of the power supply system. By analyzing the structure and workingprinciple of the BOOST converter, the system information can be reflected by the parameter information of frequency,phase and quality factor. The structure of electrolytic capacitance was analyzed, the main cause resultingin the failure of the power system is the failure of the electrolytic capacitor, which cause the decrease of thesystem stability, and make the ripple voltage of the output voltage increases. The state information of the powersystem can be determined by measuring the output voltage of the power supply, which helps to understand thestate of the power system.
