动力灾害信息传输平台的设计

摘要 针对煤矿安全生产中的特殊需求,设计一种采用以虚拟仪器软件开发上位机的监控界面,其利用微控制器进行数据采集与传输的信息。该平台对煤炭生产的关键部位的底压力、侧压力、温度等数据进行采集和实时监控,并构建相应数据库使节点采集的数据以便于对数据的存储查询与信号的处理分析,且设计了二次开发接口。研究结果表明,该平台不仅实现对环境参数的采集,也实现了分站与上位机间的以太网通信,而且支持用户的再次开发。从而得出结论,该平台具备良好的兼容性和扩展性,可以充分满足煤炭安全生产的特殊需求。 In view of the special demands of coal mine safety production,a monitoring interface of upper computer was designed by using virtual instrument software. The micro controller is adopted to collect data and transmit information. On this platform,bottom pressure,side pressure,temperature and other data of key parts in coal production are collected and monitored in real time. The corresponding database is constructed for the advantage of storage and query of data collected from nodes as well as signal processing and analysis. The secondary development interface is also designed. The research results show that on this platform,not only the environmental parameter collection and Ethernet communication between substation and upper computer are realized,but users′ re-development is supported,so it can be concluded that the platform has good compatibility and expansibility,and can fully meet the special demands of coal safety production.
