摘要
为了进一步提高输变电工程的评审效率和评审质量,使用关键特性提取及OLAP数据分析技术,提出一个针对110 k V及以下输变电工程设计的智能化评审管理平台。依据对项目可研、初设阶段设计、造价数据评审的需求及历史经验和数据,分析和研究输变电工程设计阶段的关键特性指标,并构建辅助评审体系,利用信息化手段,经研院专家快速评审,提升评审和分析工作的效率。结果表明,在工程评审过程中,利用该平台不仅能有效地提高评审工作效率,而且能提高输变电工程设计评审的深度与信息化水平。
To further improve the review efficiency and quality of power transmission and transformation project,an intelligent review management platform for 110 k V and below power transmission and transformation project design is proposed by using key characteristic extraction and OLAP data analysis technology. According to the review need of design and cost data and the historical experience and data in the feasibility study and initial design stages,the key characteristic indicators in the power transmission and transformation project design stage are analyzed and researched. The auxiliary review system is constructed to assist experts in Institute of Economic Technology to make rapid review,and improve the efficiency of review and analysis work by using information means. The results show that,in the project review process,the platform can not only effectively improve the review efficiency,but also improve the depth and information level of power transmission and transformation project design review.
