摘要
针对现有皮肤油脂检测装置设备昂贵、测量速度慢和普遍推广难度大等问题,利用光电检测技术和超低功耗MSP430F5系列单片机设计一种便携式人体皮肤表面油脂检测装置。该装置由油脂采集探头和分析主机两部分组成,油脂采集探头选用双面细磨砂玻璃吸附人体皮肤表面油脂,利用红外光电检测技术进行油脂含量的电信号转换,最后分析主机根据经过实验验证的经验公式计算出所测皮肤表面的油脂含量,还可将测试结果无线传输给移动手机以供数据存储和分享,开发了对应功能的手机APP。实验结果表明,该装置的检测结果能正确反映人体皮肤表面的油脂含量,且测试速度快,移动便携,可用于化妆品功效评价和皮肤类型判断方面的大众推广,具有良好的市场前景。
Since the current skin surface sebum detection device has the problems of expensive equipment,slow measurement speed and difficult popularization,a portable human skin surface sebum detection device based on photoelectric detection technology and ultra-low power consumption MSP430F5 series MCU is designed. The device is composed of sebum acquisition probe and analysis host. The double-sided fine grinding ground glass is adopted in sebum acquisition probe to absorb the sebum of the human skin surface. The infrared photoelectric detection technology is used to convert the electrical signal of sebum content. The analysis host calculates the sebum content of the skin surface according to the tested empirical formula,and wirelessly transmits the test results to mobile phones for data storage and sharing. The mobile phone APP of corresponding functions was developed. The experimental results show that the detection results of the device can reflect the sebum content of human skin surface correctly,and the device has fast test speed and portable carrying,can be used to popular promotion for cosmetic efficacy evaluation and skin type judgment,and has wide market prospects.
