住院医师规范化培训工作是培养合格的临床医师的重要途径,做好住院医师规范化培训基地工作,确保培训质量是至关重要的核心部分。笔者所在区属三级医院,在市级住院医师规范化培训动态评估工作中发现培训效果差,立即进行全面整改。通过建立健全培训基地管理体系,完善培训基地规章制度、理顺工作流程,加强师资队伍建设,落实培训过程管理、持续改进培训质量,积极招录、落实人事管理、提高住院医师薪酬待遇等多项举措,使得培训基地培训质量不断提高,效果显著。由此可见,动态评估工作对住院医师规范化培训基地建设可以起到积极推动的作用,达到以评促建的目标。

The author＇s hospital, which is a three grade hospital belong to district （city）, the resident standardized training in the dynamic assessment work of city（province） scope were found in poor training effect, and immediately conduct a comprehensive rectification. Through the establishment of a sound training base management system, improve the training base of rules and regulations, straighten out the work flow, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, implement the training process management, continuous improvement of the quality of training,and actively implement the recruiting, personnel management, improve the resident salary and a number of initiatives, making training base continuously improve the quality of training, the efect is remarkable. Thus, the dynamic evaluation work can play a positive role in the construction of standardized training base for resident physicians and achieve the goal of promotion the construction by evaluation.
