摘要 目的对"3+2"助理全科医生社区教学基地培养模式的探索进行研讨。方法对"3+2"助理全科医生社区教学基地培养模式教育下的学生随机发放调查问卷,对其知识掌握情况进行调查,将结果进行分析。结果通过"3+2"助理全科医生社区教学基地培养模式的探索提高了学生的知识掌握程度以及满意度。结论 "3+2"助理全科医生社区教学基地培养模式的探索对提高助理全科医生的水平具有重要意义。 Objective To discuss the research on the training mode of "3+2" assistant general practitioner community teaching base. MethodsA questionnaire was sent to students who were trained under the training mode of "3+2" assistant general practitioner, and their knowledge was investigated, and the results were analyzed. Results Through the exploration of the training mode of the community teaching base of the "3+2" assistant general practitioner, the degree of knowledge and satisfaction of the students were improved. Conclusion The exploration of the training mode of the "3+2" assistant general practitioner's community teaching base is of great significance to improving the level of the assistant general practitioner.
