摘要
目的以医学生为中心,探讨总结出"PACACR"六步法,培养新时代医学人才。方法以医学生为中心,以STA+PDCA教学法有机结合临床经验实例教学,探讨新的教学方式。结果问卷调查结果显示,观察组(STA+PDCA)有96%的学生认为该教学法能提高学习兴趣,方法有效,对照组(单纯PDCA教学)则为84%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.019,P=0.045)。结论 STA六步法和PDCA循环法在见习及临床理论授课中有不同的应用,二者相结合能较好地体现学生为中心,具有明显的效果。
Objective Based on the medical students, to sum up the "PACACR" six steps for the cultivation of medical talents in the new era. Methods Based on the medical students, STA +PDCA combined with clinical experience and examples of teaching, to release the new teaching methods. Results The questionnaire survey showed that 96% of the students in the observation group(STA+PDCA) thought that the teaching method could improve their interest in learning and the method was effective, while the control group(PDCA teaching alone) was 84%, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.019, P=0.045). Conclusion STA six step method and PDCA cycle method have different applications in probation and clinical theory teaching. The combination of the two can better reflect student centered and have obvious effect.
