摘要
目的评价超声引导在小儿腰丛神经阻滞临床教学中的效果。方法选取麻醉住院医师共24人,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组12人。实验组采用超声引导行腰丛神经阻滞,对照组采用解剖盲探法。结果实验组穿刺成功率76.7%,对照组穿刺置管成功率33.3%。结论超声引导在小儿腰丛神经阻滞临床教学中具有优势。
Objective To evaluate ultrasound guidance in clinical teaching of lumbar plexus block in children. Methods 24 residents were divided into experimental group and control group randomly, 12 cases in each group. The method of lumbar plexus block was taught with ultrasound guidance and anatomy blind puncture respectively. Results The success rate of puncture was 76.7 % and 33.3% in the experimental group and control group respectively. Conclusion Ultrasound guidance has obvious advantages in the clinical teaching of lumbar plexus nerve block in children.
