医院感染控制中消毒供应中心加强管理的作用分析

Analysis of Effect of Strengthening Management of Disinfection Supply Center in Hospital Infection Control

目的分析研究医院感染控制中消毒供应中心加强管理的作用。方法本次研究对象为2016年10月—2017年10月我院消毒供应中心工作人员14例,将其设为观察组,实施加强管理;同时回顾性分析2015年10月—2016年10月我院13例未实施加强管理消毒供应中心人员设为对照组;对两组人员1年内工作情况进行回顾性分析,对两组医院感染控制效果进行观察对比。结果观察组不合格率低于对照组,而合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对医院消毒供应中心严格实施灭菌、隔离、消毒、清洗,加强管理可有效提高患者医疗安全性,降低医院感染发生率。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of strengthening management of disinfection supply center in hospital infection control. Methods 14 cases of the staff in our hospital of disinfection supply center from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the observation group, and were implemented the strengthening management, other 13 cases who did not enforce the staff to strengthen the management of the sterilization and supply center from October 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were retrospective analyzed as the control group. Then, the work within one year of two groups were retrospective analyzed, and the effect of two groups of nosocomial infection control were observed and compared. Results After strengthening management, the rate of disqualification in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the qualified rate was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The strict implementation of sterilization, isolation, disinfection and cleaning, and strengthen management in hospital disinfection supply center which can effectively improve the patient＇s medical safety and reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
