Objective To probe into the diagnostic values of combined detection of serum lipase(LPS), amylase(AMY) and procalcitonin(PCT) in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods 148 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis from November 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected as the observation group, other 70 cases of healthy examinees in the same period were selected as the control group. Then, the levels of AMY, LPS and PCT of two groups were detected, and the diagnostic effects of single or combined detection in acute pancreatitis were observed. Results The levels of AMY, LPS and PCT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of three combined diagnosis of acute pancreatitis were respectively 95.27%, 100% and 96.79%,which were significantly higher than that of single diagnosis, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum AMY, LPS and PCT in the diagnosis of early acute pancreatitis has high accuracy, high specificity and sensitivity.
