探讨微创脊柱创伤手术治疗脊柱创伤的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Spinal Trauma Surgery on Spinal Trauma

目的分析脊柱创伤患者接受微创脊柱创伤手术治疗的效果,为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。方法将患者分成对照组和实验组,对照组35例患者接受常规脊柱创伤手术,实验组40例接受微创脊柱创伤手术,对两组的治疗情况进行比较分析。结果实验组患者的手术时间平均(70.3±8.7)min、术中平均出血量(109.5±5.3)ml,平均住院时间为(9.8±1.6)d,对照组分别为(108.6±10.3)min、(257.6±7.8)ml、(14.6±2.2)d,两组结果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有3例感染,2例神经损伤,2例脑脊液漏,并发症几率是20%,实验组有2例感染,1例神经损伤,并发症几率5%,两组并发症几率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱创伤患者接受微创脊柱创伤手术的手术时间比较短,出血少,安全可靠。

Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery for patients with spinal trauma and to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment. Methods The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group. 35 patients in the control group received routine spinal trauma surgery, 40 patients in the experimental group received minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery. The treatment of the two groups was compared. Results The average operation time of the patients in the experimental group was（70.3±8.7） min, the mean intraoperative bleeding volume（109.5±5.3） ml and the average time of hospitalization（9.8±1.6） d, respectively. he control group was（108.6±10.3） min,（257.6±7.8） ml and（14.6±2.2） d, respectively. the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the control group, there were 3 cases of infection, 2 case of nerve injury, 2 cases of cerebrospinal fluid leakage, and the incidence of complications was 20%. In the experimental group, there were 2 cases of infection, 1 case of nerve injury, and the risk of complications was 5%. The incidence of complications in the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The operation time of patients with spinal trauma undergoing minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery is shorter, less bleeding and safe and reliable.
