外科手术对严重胸部外伤合并血气胸的疗效探究

To Explore the Effect of Surgical Operation for Severe Chest Trauma Hemopneumothorax

目的对严重胸部外伤合并血气胸疾病采取外科手术进行治疗的临床效果进行探究。方法选取我院2016年10月—2017年10月接收治疗的46例严重胸部外伤合并血气胸患者,根据患者的病情给予患者开胸手术、置管引流术以及胸腔闭式引流术,对患者的临床治疗效果进行探讨。结果入院后,抢救无效出现死亡的患者2例,手术治疗后出现呼吸窘迫导致死亡的患者2例,其余患者全部成功抢救并已痊愈,本组死亡率为8.7%,痊愈率91.3%。患者的住院时间为12~36 d,平均住院时间为(14.23±1.84)d,出院患者均无并发症及复发迹象。结论当患者被确诊为严重胸部外伤合并血气胸疾病时,应该及时采取外科手术治疗,特别是对置管引流术以及胸腔闭式引流术的应用,能够极大的改善患者的病情,使患者转危为安,当患者实施开胸手术治疗,应全程对患者的不良反应进行严密观察。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment of traumatic hemopneumothorax surgery of severe chest disease. Methods 46 cases of severe chest trauma patients with hemopneumothorax from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selceted, they were treated with thoracotomy, catheter drainage and closed thoracic drainage according to the patient＇s condition, the clinical effect of the patients was discussed. Results After hospitalization, 2 patients died, and 2 patients died of respiratory distress after operation. All the other patients were successfully rescued and healed. The mortality rate in this group was 8.7%, and the recovery rate was 91.3%. The hospitalization time of the patients was 12 to 36 days, and the average time of hospitalization was（14.23±1.84） d. There were no complications and signs of recurrence in the discharge dpatients. Conclusion When the patient are diagnosed with severe chest trauma hemopneumothorax disease, should take timely surgical treatment, especially with tube drainage and application of closed drainage of pleural cavity, it can greatly improve the patient＇s condition, the patient survived, when patients with thoracic surgery treatment should be full, close observation of the patient＇s adverse reaction.
