中医治疗冠心病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨中医治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法选取120例冠心病患者,常规组采用西药治疗,观察组采用中医结合治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率高于常规组,两组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总满意率98.33%,高于常规组的91.67%(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者应用中医治疗,效果显著,不仅改善胸闷、胸痛等临床症状,适宜长期服用,对机体无毒副作用,能获得医师和患者的高度认可。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease were selected, the conventional group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Results The effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 98.33%, which was higher than that of the conventional group 91.67%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine for coronary heart disease is effective, not only improving chest pain, chest pain and other clinical symptoms, suitable for long-term use, but also has no toxic side effects on the body, and can be highly recognized by doctors and patients.
