摘要
目的分析舒适护理管理模式在小儿急性哮喘急性护理管理中的意义。方法本研究采用随机抽签法选取病例,从我院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的急性哮喘患儿中选取124例为观察对象,并按随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=62)患儿接受常规护理,实验组(n=62)患儿接受舒适护理干预,比较两组患儿护理效果和肺功能。结果实验组总有效率95.16%,高于对照组总有效率77.42%(P<0.05);实验组肺功能指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理管理模式在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理管理中的效果确切,能够有效改善患儿肺功能,提高治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the significance of the management mode of comfort nursing in the acute nursing management of children with acute asthma. Methods 124 cases of acute asthma from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected. According to the random number table method, the control group（n=62） received routine nursing, and the experimental group（n=62） received comfortable nursing intervention. The nursing effect and lung function of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.16%, higher than that of the control group 77.42%（P〈0.05）. The improvement of lung function index in the experimental group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the comfortable nursing management model in the emergency nursing management of children with acute asthma can effectively improve the children＇s lung function and improve the treatment effect.
