护理管理在控制医院感染中的作用研究

Analysis of the Role of Nursing Management in the Control of Nosocomial Infection

目的对护理管理在控制医院感染中的作用予以分析和探讨。方法将2016年1月—2017年9月于我院长期治疗的住院患者86例随机分为对照组与观察组,每组43例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取医院感染针对性护理管理服务,将两组患者的感染发生率与护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者的感染发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的18.60%,且观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论开展医院感染针对性护理管理服务能够有效的降低患者的院内感染,增强护理人员工作的效率和质量,进而提高患者的护理满意率。

Objective To analyze and discuss the role of nursing management in the control of nosocomial infection. Methods From January 2016 to September 2017, 86 hospitalized patients with longterm treatment were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing care, observation group received targeted nursing service of nosocomial infection management, the infection rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of infection in the observation group was 2.33%, which was significantly lower than 18.60% in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05. ConclusionTargeted nursing management services can effectively reduce nosocomial infection, enhance the efficiency and quality of nursing staff, and improve the satisfaction rate of patients.
