预见性护理程序在老年痴呆护理中的应用

The Application of Predictive Nursing Program in Senile Dementia

目的探讨预见性护理在老年痴呆患者中的作用。方法将70例受试对象随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组给予预见性护理,对照组给予常规护理。结果实验组受试对象对护理工作满意度为97.3%,与对照组受试对象对护理工作的满意度对比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,且实验组的满意度高于对照组。实验组的生活质量评分与对照组受试对象的生活质量评分之间的差异有统计学意义,实验组生活质量评分高于对照组。实验组受试对象在护理期间的并发症数量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理在老年痴呆的护理中有积极作用。

Objective To explore the role of predictive nursing in senile dementia patients. Methods 70 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given predictive care and the control group was given regular care. Results The experimental group subjects to nursing job satisfaction was 97.3%, with the control group subjects for the nursing job satisfaction between the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05, and the satisfaction degree of the experimental group than in control group. The life quality score of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group, and the quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. The number of complications during nursing was less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Predictive care has a positive effect on nursing of senile dementia.
