云南省住院医师规范化培训师资队伍建设的现状思考

住院医师规范化培训是我国医学生毕业后教育的主要途径之一,是培养合格临床医师的重要途径。师承关系与实践关系使得师资队伍质量成为影响培训质量的关键因素,提高师资队伍质量有利于培训质量的提升。从师资队伍的现状可以看出,在不断完善的过程中仍然凸显了诸多问题,文章通过分析住培师资组成,并以云南省某国家级住培基地为例,探索存在的问题,提出相应的建议和方法,以改善现状,提高师资质量,完善师资队伍建设,形成科学型、应用型高级师资队伍。

The standardized training of resident is one of the main methods of education after graduation of medical students in China. It is an important way to cultivate qualified clinicians. Because the relationship between teachers and students, The quality of teachers is the key factor to infuence the quality of standardized training of resident. Improving the quality of qualifed teachers will improve the quality of training. As can be seen from the current situation of the faculty, many problems have been highlighted in the continuous improvement process. This paper analyzes the composition of teachers, at the same time , This article ,taking a national-level training base in Yunnan province as an example, explores the existing problems in the construction of the teaching staff, and puts forward suggestions and methods to improve the quality of teachers, and form a scientifc and applied senior faculty.
