摘要
目的研究基于微学习的模拟化教学在外科手术护理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月—2017年10月在我院实习护生共133人,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组护生采用传统的实习教学法,实验组护生采用基于微学习的模拟化教学。外科手术室实习结束后,两组护生理论和操作考核,并调查实习教学方法满意情况。结果实验组考核成绩和教学方法满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微学习的模拟化教学在外科手术护理中的应用效果较好。
Objective To study the application value of simulation teaching based on micro-learning of surgical nursing professionals. Methods A total of 133 students who participated from January 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was used traditional teaching method, observation group was trained in simulation teaching based on micro-learning before entering the operation room, professional examination and feedback satisfaction. Results The test scores and teaching methods were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistical signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Simulation teaching based on micro-learning of surgical nursing professionals is better.
