摘要
目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除手术使用七氟烷和瑞芬太尼复合麻醉的临床效果,为临床麻醉提供参考。方法选取2012年4月—2014年1月我院的腹腔镜胆囊切除手术患者80例进行研究分析,将患者分成七氟烷组和丙泊酚组,均有40例患者。七氟烷组患者接受七氟烷、瑞芬太尼复合麻醉,丙泊酚组患者接受丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼联合麻醉,对比两组的临床麻醉情况。结果七氟烷组的优良率比丙泊酚组高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.87,P<0.05)。七氟烷组平均苏醒时间为(7.10±2.24)min,平均苏醒评分(5.60±0.28)分、平均瑞芬太尼剂量(574.4±97.0)μg,丙泊酚组分别为(7.34±3.09)min、(5.85±0.33)分、(1 152.0±138.6)μg,两组对比,差异无统计学意义(t=-3.40,P>0.05)。七氟烷组有9例术后疼痛,丙泊酚组有11例术后疼痛(χ~2=0.27,P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除手术使用七氟烷、瑞芬太尼联合麻醉的效果比较突出。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined anesthesia with sevoflurane and remifentanil for laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and to provide reference for clinical anesthesia. Methods 80 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy from April 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were studied and analyzed, they were divided into sevoflurane groups and propofol group, 40 cases in each groups. Sevoflurane group received sevofurane and remifentanil combined anesthesia, propofol group received propofol and remifentanil combined anesthesia, clinical anesthesia of two groups were compared. Results The good rate of sevofurane group was higher than that of propofol group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=13.87, P 〈 0.05). The average awakening time in the sevoflurane group was (7.10±2.24) min, the average awakening score (5.60±0.28), and the mean remifentanil dose (574.4±97) μg, respectively. The propofol group was (7.34±3.09) min, (5.85±0.33) and (1 152.0±138.6) μg, respectively. The difference between the two groups was not statistically signifcant (t=-3.40, P 〉 0.05). There were 9 cases of postoperative pain in the sevofurane group and 11 cases of postoperative pain in the propofol group (χ2=0.27, P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The effect of combined anesthesia with sevoflurane and remifentanil for laparoscopic cholecystectomy is more prominent.
