曲马多+地塞米松治疗剖宫产硬膜外麻醉寒战反应效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Tramadol and Dexamethasone in the Treatment of Caesarean Section With Epidural Anaesthesia

研究曲马多与地塞米松联合治疗剖宫产硬膜外麻醉寒战反应的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年12月—2016年6月收治的86例剖宫产硬膜外麻醉寒战产妇,按照就诊时间将其分为研究组和对照组,每组43例,对照组患者应用咪达唑仑与芬太尼治疗,研究组患者应用曲马多联合地塞米松治疗,对比分析两组治疗寒战反应的临床效果与手术中牵拉反应抑制效果和新生儿Apgar评分以及不良反应。结果两组新生儿5分钟Apgar评分对比,差异无统计学意义。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of tramadol and dexamethasone in the treatment of caesarean section with epidural anaesthesia. Methods From December 2014 to June 2016, 86 cases of cesarean section with epidural anesthesia for chill parturient were selected, they were divided into study group and control group according to their visiting time, 43 cases in each group, the control group were treated with midazolam and fentanyl, and the study group were treated with tramadol and dexamethasone. The clinical effects of two groups in the treatment of chills were compared with the effect of traction reaction in the operation and the Apgar score and adverse reaction of the newborn. Results There was no signifcant difference in the 5 minute Apgar score of the two groups of newborns. The good inhibition rate of distraction reaction in the study group was 100%, compared with the control group 79.70%, the difference was statistically signifcant. The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 16.28%, which was lower than that of the control group 44.18%. The rate of disappearance of the 5 minute chill reaction in the study group was 97.67%, which was higher than that of the control group 72.09%. In the study group, the recurrence rate of 8 hours after operation was 18.60%, which was less than 44.18% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of tramadol and dexamethasone can effectively inhibit the caesarean section of epidural anaesthesia in the chill response, and the effect is significant and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
