髋关节外科脱位技术对髋关节手术治疗的价值观察

The Value of Surgical Dislocation of Hip Joint in the Treatment of Hip Joint

目的针对髋关节外科脱位技术对髋关节手术的临床治疗效果进行观察和探讨。方法采取回顾分析的方法在我院2016年10月—2017年10月收治的64例髋关节手术治疗患者为本次研究的对象,所有手术患者均应用髋关节外科脱位技术,并对所有收治的患者进行定期随访,当对患者进行末次随访的过程中,给予患者影像学检查,评估患者股骨头缺血坏死的状况以及髋关节功能的YHS评分。结果选取的全部对象均成功的完成了手术治疗,患者的手术脱位平均时间为(29.84±1.91)min;术中失血的平均量为(347.28±19.74)ml;髋关节功能的术后YHS评分比术前评分更高,手术前后YHS评分对比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,通过改良,其YHS评分的优良率为92.19%,所有患者未出现股骨骨折和股骨头坏死等并发症。结论在髋关节手术治疗的过程中融入髋关节外科脱位技术能够增强临床治疗的效果。

Objective To observe and discuss the effect of hip joint surgical dislocation on the clinical treatment of hip joint operation. Methods 64 cases of hip joint surgery treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent surgical dislocation of hip joint. All patients were followed up regularly. During the last follow-up of patients, imaging examination was performed to assess the status of avascular necrosis of the femoral head and the YHS score of hip function. Results All the selected subjects had successfully completed the surgical treatment. The average time for the dislocation of the patients was （29.84±1.91） min. The average amount of blood loss in the operation was （347.28±19.74） ml. The postoperative YHS score of hip joint function was higher than that before operation, and the difference of YHS score before and after operation was statistically signifcant, P 〈 0.05. Through improvement, the good rate of YHS score was 92.19%. No complications such as femoral fracture and necrosis of the femoral head were found in all patients. Conclusion The integration of hip joint surgical dislocation in the process of hip arthroplasty can enhance the effect of clinical treatment.
