分析腹腔镜与开腹结直肠癌根治术治疗结直肠癌的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic and Open Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹结直肠癌根治术治疗结直肠癌的临床效果。方法在本院2016年7月—2017年6月所接收的结直肠患者选取50例,对照组(25例)按照传统的开腹手术进行治疗,观察组(25例)则采用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治手术。结果观察组显效20例、有效4例、无效1例,治疗总有效率为96.00%(24/25),对照组显效13例、有效2例、无效10例,治疗总有效率为60.00%(15/25),χ~2=34.265,P=0.000。结论通过对结直肠患者实施腹腔下根治手术,能有效保障针对该部分患者诊治效率,可帮助该部分患者尽快得到恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open radical resection of colorectal cancer in the treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods 50 cases of colorectal cancer received in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected. The control group （25 cases） was treated according to the traditional open operation, and the observation group （25 cases） was treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. Results There were 20 cases in the observation group, 4 cases effective and 1 ineffective, the total effective rate was 96% （24/25）. There were 13 cases in the control group, 2 effective and 10 ineffective, the total effective rate was 60% （15/25）, χ2=34.265, P=0.000. Conclusion Through the implementation of radical operation for colorectal patients, it can effectively guarantee the effciency of diagnosis and treatment for this part of patients, and help these patients recover as soon as possible.
