锁骨下斜切口侧入路在甲状腺手术中的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Clavicular Oblique Incision Side Road in Thyroid Surgery

目的评价锁骨下斜切口侧入路在甲状腺手术中的临床应用效果,为临床医师选择合理治疗方案提供参考。方法将2016年5月—2017年6月作为研究时段,选择此时间段我院收治的甲状腺手术患者50例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25),对照组患者实施低位小切口甲状腺切除术治疗,观察组实施锁骨下斜切口侧入路甲状腺切除术治疗,分析两组临床指标、并发症发生率、术后患者美容满意度。结果观察组临床指标、并发症发生率对比低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后患者美容满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺患者临床治疗中,实施锁骨下斜切口侧入路甲状腺切除术治疗,治疗效果显著,既可改善临床症状,又可降低并发症发生率、提高术后患者美容满意度。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of clavicular oblique incision in thyroid surgery, to provide reference for clinicians to choose the reasonable treatment plan. Methods From May 2016 to June 2017, 50 patients with thyroid surgery in our hospital during this time period were selected. They were randomly divided into control group （n=25） and observation group （n=25）. Control the implementation of the treatment of low small incision thyroidectomy group, the observation group received supraclavicular incision thyroidectomy under treatment, the clinical indexes of the two groups, the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of postoperative patients were analyzed. Results The comparison of the clinical indexes and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of thyroid patients, the implementation of clavicle incision thyroidectomy under treatment, the treatment effect is remarkable, can improve the clinical symptoms, and can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the postoperative satisfaction of patients with plastic.
