雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗老年浅表性胃炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets in the Treatment of Senile Superficial Gastritis

目的探讨雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗老年浅表性胃炎的临床效果。方法选择2016年5月—2017年4月经我院确诊为慢性浅表性胃炎的老年患者(≥60岁)70例,按照随机数字表法分为2组。其中观察组35例采用雷贝拉唑+克拉霉素+甲硝唑治疗,对照组35例采用奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+甲硝唑治疗。结果治疗后,观察组慢性炎症评分、活动性炎症评分均低于对照组,胃黏膜表皮生长因子、胃泌素及胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片可促进老年浅表性胃炎愈合,其机制可能与调节消化道部分细胞因子有关。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of senile superficial gastritis. Methods From May 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital diagnosed as chronic superficial gastritis （over 60 years） in 70 cases, were randomly divided into 2 groups. In the observation group, 35 cases were treated with rizole ＋ clarithromycin ＋ metronidazole, and 35 cases in the control group were treated with omeprazole ＋ clarithromycin and metronidazole. Results After treatment, the chronic inflammation score and active inflammation score in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group. The epidermal growth factor, gastrin and pepsinogen in gastric mucosa were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets can promote the healing of senile superficial gastritis, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of some cytokines in the digestive tract.
