尿激酶溶栓在留置血液透析长期导管中的应用与效果评析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨尿激酶溶栓在留置血液透析长期导管中的应用与效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月88例血液透析长期导管留置患者,并用随机数字表法分组。对照组给予常规封管处理,观察组在对照组基础上给予尿激酶溶栓处理。比较两组血液透析长期导管留置堵塞率;血液透析过程PA水平、PV水平、QB水平和Kt/V;干预前后患者生存质量。结果观察组血液透析长期导管留置堵塞率低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组血液透析过程PA水平、PV水平、QB水平和Kt/V优于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组生存质量相近,P>0.05;干预后观察组生存质量优于对照组,P<0.05。结论尿激酶溶栓在血液透析长期导管中的应用与效果确切,可有效改善透析过程凝血情况,降低导管留置堵塞率,提升患者生存质量。 Objective To explore the application and effect of urokinase thrombolysis in long term catheter for retention hemodialysis. Methods 88 cases of long-term catheter retention in hemodialysis were selected from February 2016 to February 2017 and were grouped by random digital table. The control group was treated with conventional sealing, and the observation group was treated with urokinase thrombolytic treatment on the basis of the control group. The long-term catheterization blockage rate of two groups of hemodialysis patients, PA level, PV level, QB level and Kt/V during hemodialysis, and the quality of life before and after intervention were compared. Results The long-term catheter retention rate in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. The PA level, PV level, QB level and Kt/V in the observation group were better than those of the control group, P 〈 0.05; Before intervention, the quality of life of the two groups was similar, P 〉 0.05. The quality of life in the observation group was better than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Urokinase thrombolysis in hemodialysis long-term catheter application and exact effect, can effectively improve the dialysis process coagulation, reduce catheter occlusion rate, improve the quality of life of patients.
