沙参麦冬汤对非小细胞肺癌化疗增效减毒的效果

Effect of Shashen Maidong Decoction on Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Chemotherapy Synergistic

目的研究中药沙参麦冬汤对非小细胞肺癌化疗增效减毒的作用。方法回顾性分析并纳入2015年2月—2017年1月68例非小细胞肺癌患者,根据随机数字表分组。对照组采用单纯化疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上应用中药沙参麦冬汤。就两组患者非小细胞肺癌进展时间、中位生存时间、KPS评分、生存质量和非小细胞肺癌治疗效果、化疗毒性作用进行比较。结果观察组化疗毒性作用低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患者非小细胞肺癌进展时间、中位生存时间、KPS评分、生存质量均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论应用中药沙参麦冬汤对非小细胞肺癌化疗增效减毒的作用确切,可有效提升疗效,延长进展和生存时间,改善生存质量和健康水平,减轻化疗毒副作用。

Objective To study Chinese medicine Shashen Maidong Decoction on non small cell lung cancer chemotherapy synergistic effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of 68 patients with non-small cell lung cancer from February 2015 to January 2017 was grouped according to a random number table. The control group was treated with chemotherapy, the observation group in the control group on the basis of the application of traditional Chinese medicine shashen maidong decoction. The progression time, median survival time, KPS score, quality of life, chemotherapy effect and toxicity of two groups of patients were compared. Results The toxic effect of chemotherapy in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. The time, the median survival time, the KPS score and the quality of life of the patients with non-small cell lung cancer in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine shashen maidong decoction on non small cell lung cancer chemotherapy synergistic effect can effectively enhance the curative effect, prolong the survival time and progress, improve the quality of life and health level, reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapy.
