乳牙慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗综合护理干预分析

Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Chronic Periapical Periodontitis of the Deciduous Teeth With One Time Root Canal

目的探析综合护理模式用于乳牙慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗的效果。方法选取我院口腔科收治的乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿随机组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,对护理效果进行分析。结果观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,疼痛发生率低于对照组,且疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预模式用于乳牙慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗效果颇佳,有益于提升疗效、缓解疼痛。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing mode in the treatment of chronic root tip periapical periodontitis of the deciduous teeth. Methods The children with chronic apical periodontitis were randomly divided into the control group and the control group. The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, and the nursing effect was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of pain was lower than that of the control group, and the pain level was lighter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for primary teeth with chronic periapical root canal treatment effect is very good, benefcial to enhance the curative effect, relieve pain.
