摘要
目的研究观察急诊ICU护士重症护理中存在的问题及相应的处理对策。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2017年11月我院急诊ICU护士重症护理中存在的不安全现象和医疗护理纠纷案件,通过分析、统计、总结得出其中存在的具体问题,最后提出相应解决对策。结果急诊ICU护士重症护理中存在的问题包括:知识掌握不足(45%)、操作能力差(35%)、应变能力差(20%)。结论解决ICU护士重症护理中存在的问题需从加强医学知识学习、加强护士操作技能培训、培养护士心理抗压能力和应变能力几个方面出发。
Objective To investigate the problems and corresponding countermeasures in the intensive care of emergency ICU nurses. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the unsafe phenomena and medical care disputes in the emergency ICU nurses in our hospital from January 2014 to November 2017. Through the analysis, statistics, summary of the existing problems, and fnally put forward the corresponding solutions. Results The problems in emergency nursing care of emergency ICU nurses were lack of knowledge （45%）, poor operating ability （35%） and poor strain ability （20%）. Conclusion To solve the problems existing in ICU nurses＇ critical care, we need to strengthen medical knowledge learning, strengthen nurse operation skills training, train nurses＇ psychological resilience and strain capacity.
