垂体瘤合并糖尿病患者经鼻蝶窦切除的术后康复护理

Postoperative Rehabilitation Nursing of Hypophysis Tumor Combined With Transsphenoidal Resection of the Patients With Diabetes

目的探讨垂体瘤合并糖尿病患者经鼻蝶窦切除的术后康复护理。方法选择2014年3月—2017年4月本院收治垂体瘤患者80例,按照随机数字法分为两组,各40例。观察组实施系统术后康复护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较并发症比例,干预后两组神经功能与生活能力评分变化及总住院时间。结果观察组出现尿崩症、垂体功能低下、中枢性高热总比例低于对照组(χ2=6.328,P=0.012),干预后,观察组神经系统评定得分优于对照组(P<0.05),生活能力得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对垂体瘤合并糖尿病患者经鼻蝶窦切除实施有效的术后康复护理,能显著改善患者术后神经功能,减少并发症,促进患者术后康复。

Objective To investigate the postoperative rehabilitation nursing of hypophysioma with transsphenoidal resection of the patients with diabetes. Methods From March 2014 to April 2017, 80 patients with pituitary adenoma were treated in our hospital. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number method, each group had 40 cases. The observation group received rehabilitation nursing after operation, while the control group received routine nursing. The proportion of complications was compared, and the scores of neurological function and life ability and the total length of stay in the two groups after intervention were compared. Results The total proportion of diabetes insipidus, hypophyseal dysfunction and central hyperthermia was lower in the observation group than in the control group （χ2=6.328, P=0.012）. Thescore of neural system evaluation in the observation group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The score of life ability was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with pituitary tumor and diabetes, effective rehabilitation nursing after transsphenoidal sinus resection can signifcantly improve postoperative neurological function, reduce complications and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
