伤口评估及湿性换药护理在2型糖尿病足部感染中的应用

Application of Wound Assessment and Wet Dressing in Foot Infection of Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析2型糖尿病并发足部感染中伤口评估及湿性换药护理的临床价值。方法选择我院2016年8月—2017年9月收治的2型糖尿病并发足部感染患者66例,分组依据护理模式差异性为基准。参照组33例患者实施常规护理措施,研究组33例患者实施伤口评估及湿性换药护理,对两组患者的总体护理效果进行判定。结果经实施伤口评估及湿性换药护理、基础护理措施后,比对两组患者的护理总有效率,研究组100%,高于参照组81.8%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。比对研究组和参照组患者的换药间隔时间和住院天数,前者短于后者。结论 2型糖尿病并发足部感染患者实施伤口评估及湿性换药护理。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of wound assessment and wet dressing nursing in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with foot infection. Methods From August 2016 to September 2017, 66 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with foot infection in our hospital were divided into groups according to the difference of nursing mode. In the reference group, 33 patients received routine nursing measures, and 33 patients in the study group received wound assessment and wet dressing nursing. The overall nursing effect of the two groups was determined. Results After the implementation of the wound assessment and wet dressing care, basic nursing measures, the total efficiency of the two groups of patients was more effective. The study group 100%, higher than the reference group 81.8%, the difference was statistically signifcant, P 〈 0.05. Compared to the study group and the reference group, the interval of change and the number of days of hospitalization were shorter than the latter. Conclusion Type 2 diabetic patients with foot infection were treated with wound assessment and wet dressing care.
