对糖尿病周围神经血管病变患者实施健康教育的护理体会

Nursing Experience on Health Education for Patients With Diabetic Peripheral Neurovascular Disease

目的观察对糖尿病周围神经血管病变患者实施健康教育的护理效果并总结体会。方法选择我院2013年6月—2017年6月80例糖尿病周围神经血管病变患者为观察对象,给予常规治疗和护理,在此基础上实施个性化健康教育。对干预前后本组患者对疾病的自我护理与认知水平、FPG、2 hPG、甘油三酯等指标进行对比分析。结果与干预前相比,干预后本组患者对疾病的认知程度及自我护理能力优于干预前(P<0.01);干预后患者的FPG、2 hPG、甘油三酯指标水平明显下降,与干预前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健康教育能提高糖尿病周围神经血管病变患者的疾病认知、健康意识与自我护理水平,并降低血糖与血脂水平,对控制疾病进展具有积极意义。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of health education for patients with diabetic peripheral neurovascular disease and to summarize the experience. Methods 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neurovascular disease in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2017 were selected as the observation subjects. They were given conventional treatment and nursing. On this basis, personalized health education was carried out. The patients＇ self nursing and cognitive level, FPG, 2 hPG and triglyceride were compared and analyzed before and after the intervention. Results Compared with the intervention before intervention, the cognitive degree and self nursing ability of the patients after intervention were better than that before intervention （P 〈 0.01）. After intervention, the level of FPG, 2 hPG and triglyceride decreased signifcantly. The difference was statistically signifcant compared with that before intervention （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Health education can improve the cognition, health consciousness and self-care level of diabetic peripheral neurovascular disease patients, and reduce blood sugar and blood lipid level, which is of positive significance for controlling the progress of disease.
