剖宫产手术中对宫缩乏力患者安列克应用与观察

目的:观察行剖宫产手术中宫缩乏力患者应用安列克的治疗效果。方法:选取本院2016年5月至2017年5月收治的66例行剖宫产手术的宫缩乏力患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组患者33例,对照组患者应用米索前列醇片口服治疗,观察组患者应用安列克注射治疗,对比观察两组患者产后2h与24h的出血量,以及子宫切除与产后出血情况。结果:观察组患者产后2h及24h的出血量明显低于对照组患者,观察组患者产后出血率与子宫切除率明显低于对照组,组间比较差异均存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在行剖宫产手术中应用安列克治疗宫缩乏力患者,可有效减少患者出血率,降低子宫切除率,提高治疗效果。
