彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of color doppler ultrasound in breast mass diagnosis

目的:研究彩色多普勒超声在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取本院超声科2015年7月至2017年7月收治的80例乳腺肿块患者,共检出肿块96块,分为观察组和对照组,观察组应用彩色多普勒超声检查,对照组应用常规二维超声检查,观察比较两组患者良恶性肿块诊断的准确率。结果:观察组良性诊断的准确率为96.67%,恶性肿瘤诊断的准确率为77.42%,两组数据均明显高于对照组,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。观察组误诊、漏诊率明显低于对照组,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义;观察组良性肿块患者的PSV、RI值均明显高于对照组,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查应用在乳腺肿块的临床诊断上,可以清晰表现出病变组织微血管的灌注情况,分辨出良恶性肿块,提高诊断的准确性。

ObjectiveTo study the value of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of breast masses.
