高胆固醇血症对男性精液质量的影响

The effect of hypercholesterolemia on semen quality of men

目的探讨高胆固醇血症对男性精液质量的影响。方法将四川省人民医院城东病区男科门诊男性不孕不育患者54例纳入试验组,选择同期32例健康体检者纳入对照组。根据血清胆固醇水平及体质量指数将2组研究对象再分为2个亚组,即高胆固醇血症组和正常胆固醇组,正常体质量组和超常体质量组。比较高胆固醇血症组和正常胆固醇组的精子密度、精子活力、精液量、精液pH值、精子畸形率,并分析高胆固醇血症、超常体质量与男性生育力的相关性,以及超常体质量与高胆固醇血症的相关性。结果与对照组比较,试验组高胆固醇血症患者比例更高(P<0.05);与正常胆固醇组比较,高胆固醇血症组患者的精子密度、精子活力明显降低(P<0.05),但2组间精液及其他指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高胆固醇血症和超常体质量与男性生育力相关(P<0.05),超常体质量与血清胆固醇水平相关(P<0.05)。结论高胆固醇血症可能通过降低精子密度、活力造成精液质量降低,从而导致男性生育能力下降。

Objective To explore the effect of hypercholesterolemia on semen quality of men,by the analysis of serum cholesterol level and semen parameters.Methods A total of 54 male infertility patients were included into the experimental group,and contemporaneous 32 healthy persons undergoing physical examination were included into the control group.The two groups were divided into two subgroups according to the serum cholesterol level and body mass index（BMI）,namely the hypercholesterolemia group and the normal blood cholesterol group,the normal weight group and the overweight group.The sperm density,sperm motility,semen volume,semen pH value and sperm deformity rate were compared between the the hypercholesterolemia group and the normal blood cholesterol group and the correlation between hypercholesterolemia,the overweight and male fertility,the relationship between the overweight and hypercholesterolemia were analyzed.Results The proportion of hypercholesterolemia in the male infertility group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The sperm density and sperm motility of the hypercholesterolemia group were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,compared with the normal blood cholesterol group,but there was no significant difference of other indicators of the semen between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Hypercholesterolemia and the over weight were associated with male fertility（P〈0.05）and the overweight was correlated with hypercholesterolemia（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hypercholesterolemia may result in a decrease in male fertility through decreasing the sperm quality by reducing sperm density and sperm motility.
