酿酒酵母胞内物质提取工艺优化

摘要 酿酒酵母广泛应用于生活中,在食品生产中也得到了广泛的利用,如馒头的发酵、面包的生产、酱油的生产等,不仅在食品生产中得到了应用,在工业生产中也得到了广泛应用,包括工业生产乙醇、生产单细胞蛋白等方面。对酿酒酵母胞内物质提取工艺进行优化,利用有机试剂提取,对胞内物质淬灭、提取条件进行优化,利用气相色谱-质谱仪进行检测,通过提取物质多少的比较,研究发现利用60%的甲醇水溶液淬灭,沸乙醇提取效果最好。 Saccharomyces cerevisiae is widely used and used in food production has been widely used, bread fermentation, bread production, soy sauce production, etc.,not only in food production has been applied in industrial production, Saccha-romyces cerevisiae can be used fermentation to produce ethanol in the industry has also been widely used, industrial produc-tion of ethanol, the production of single cell protein, yeast itself also has great application value The extraction of intracellular material from Saccharomyces cerevisiae was optimized . The extraction conditions of intracellular substances were optimized by organic reagent extraction . The results were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry . The results showed that the extraction of 60% methanol . The best extraction effect of ethanol and ethanol .
