摘要
酿酒酵母广泛应用于生活中,在食品生产中也得到了广泛的利用,如馒头的发酵、面包的生产、酱油的生产等,不仅在食品生产中得到了应用,在工业生产中也得到了广泛应用,包括工业生产乙醇、生产单细胞蛋白等方面。对酿酒酵母胞内物质提取工艺进行优化,利用有机试剂提取,对胞内物质淬灭、提取条件进行优化,利用气相色谱-质谱仪进行检测,通过提取物质多少的比较,研究发现利用60%的甲醇水溶液淬灭,沸乙醇提取效果最好。

The extraction conditions of intracellular substances were optimized by organic reagent extraction . The results were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry . The results showed that the extraction of 60% methanol . The best extraction effect of ethanol and ethanol .
