稻壳水解生产D-木糖工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用硫酸水解稻壳中的木聚糖,水解条件为硫酸质量分数1.2%,料液比1∶8,水解时间120 min,水解温度123℃,经一系列后续分离纯化工序,制备的D-木糖产品得率为7.14%。采用高效液相色谱面积归一法测定木糖产品中的木糖含量:以超纯水为流动相,采用Phynomenex公司的Rezex系列Ca2+型糖醇柱(带保护柱)作分离柱,选用示差折光检测器,控制分离温度75℃,分离流速0.6 m L/min,对木糖产品进行测定,其纯度为99.95%。 Hydrolyzed xylans inpaddy hull by sulphuric acid. The hydrolysis conditions were determined as : the concentration of sulphuric acid 1.2%, the ratio of liquid to solid 1:8 , the hydrolysis time 120 min and the temperature 123 ^. After a series of subsequent separation and purification process, the yield of D-xylose product was 7.14%. A method of determination of xylose concentration by HPLC area normalization standard was discussed. Distilled water was used as mobile phase, Rezex series of Ca2+ sugar alcohols column made by Phynomenex company was used as separation column. Xylose product with RI detector was determined at separation temperature 75℃ and separation flow rate 0.6 mL/min. The purity of xylose product was 99.95%
