摘要 通过介绍蓝莓的起源、营养成分及种植,重点阐述了蓝莓中花青素的抗癌、抗氧化、抗衰老、保护视力等保健作用,黄酮类化合物的抗氧自由基、对冠心病、心绞痛的治疗作用,多酚类化合物的防癌、抑菌及抗氧化作用。同时,对蓝莓在保健食品、天然药物及天然化妆品的开发和应用上的发展及研究趋势进行预测。 In this paper, the origin of blueberry and its nutritional ingredients and planting were introduced briefly, and then focused on the anti cancer, antioxidant, anti-aging, protection of vision and other health effects of anthocyanins in blueberry. Anti oxygen free radical of flavonoids and its therapeutic effect on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Anticancer, an-tibacterial and antioxidant effects of polyphenolic compounds. Finally, the development and research trend of blueberry in the development and application of health food, natural medicine and natural cosmetics were predicted.
