摘要
分别采用不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、萘乙酸(NAA),不同时间清水浸种、不同天数低温贮藏以及不同温度热水浸种进行前处理,检测各处理对总状绿绒蒿种子萌发的影响。结果表明:1)低温贮藏能显著提高种子发芽率、发芽势以及缩短发芽启动时间和平均发芽时间(p<0.05),同时随低温贮藏时间的增加,种子萌发的各项指标达到最佳效果。清水浸种仅对发芽启动时间影响显著(p<0.05),可比对照种子提前3~4d萌发。而热水处理导致了大部分种子的死亡。这可能与总状绿绒蒿种皮较薄有关。2)GA3250mg/L和NAA 10mg/L处理能显著提高种子发芽率、发芽势以及缩短平均发芽时间(p<0.05),但对发芽启动时间影响不显著(p>0.05)。6-BA处理显著降低了其发芽势(p<0.05),说明6-BA可能抑制种子的萌发。低温贮藏、GA3和NAA处理、清水浸种均能在一定程度破除总状绿绒蒿种子休眠,但其中低温贮藏是最佳方式。这可能是低温贮藏满足了高海拔地区种子较长时间的寒冷需求,是高山地区特殊环境条件下的种子萌发对策。
We took different concentration GA3,6-BA, NAA, different fresh water sock duration, dif- ferent low-temperature storage duration, and different temperature hot water pretreatment to detect its seeds germination features. The result showed that low temperature storage 1) Low-temperature storage could improve the germination rate, potential, and shorten the average germination duration and germination initial time with tests significant at (p ~ 0.05). The seeds' germination features improved with the length of the low temperature storage duration.The fresh water soak simply led to 3--4 days in advance on germination initial time compared to contrast group with tests significant at (p^0.05). While the hot water treatment caused most seeds death, which might be due to relatively thin seed coat of Meconopsis racemosa Maxim.. 2) GA3100--250 mg/L and NAA 10 mg/L pretreat- ment both could improved the germination rate and potential and shorten the average germination rate with tests significant at (p〈0.05). However GA3 and N AA pre-treatments had no significant influ- ence on the initial germination time (p〉0. 05 ). Besides , 6-BA decreased the germination rate with tests significant at (p〈0.05), which indicated 6-BA probably inhibited the seed germination. The results showed that low-temperature, GA3, NAA, fresh water soak all could break dormancy of Meco- nopsis racemosa Maxim. seeds at certain degree. Among all pre-treatment, low temperature was the most suitable way.It is probable because the low temperature storage satisfied seeds' relatively longer demands for coldness, which is also the germination countermeasure of the seeds on the alpine special environmental area.
