浅析天然气压缩机振动传感器优化换型

Optimization and Remodeling of Vibrating Sensor of Natural Gas Compressor

综述了空气压缩机、螺杆压缩机、离心压缩机等不同类型压缩机高振动的原因及解决途径,艾瑞尔公司生产的JGK/2型号天然气压缩机被海上采油平台广泛应用,肩负着天然气外输、透平发电机燃料气供应及对天然气加压等重要任务。针对海上平台天然气压缩机曲轴箱振动传感器报警停机问题,从振动传感器本身入手,提出对传感器换型的故障排除方法,保证天然气压缩机稳定运行,解决了设备故障和环境污染问题。

Reasons and solutions of high vibration of different types of air compressors,screw compressors,centrifugal compressors,etc. were summed up. The JGK/2 gas compressor produced by Ariel company has been widely used in offshore oil production platforms and has the main tasks of gas transmission,turbine fuel gas supply and gas pressure. To solve the problem of alarm shutdown for the vibration sensor of the gas compressor crankcase of the offshore platform,the vibration sensor was studied and a troubleshooting method for the transducer was presented toensure the stable operation of natural gas compressor. In the end,the problem of equipment failure and environmental pollution was solved.
