涡轮机启动失败故障分析与处理

摘要 在分析和处理涡轮机启动失败故障时,技术人员熟练运用燃烧三要素的基本知识,使得处理思路清晰、方向准确,该方法能为相关技术人员在解决此类问题时提供理论参考,这既是技术人员长期实践的结果,也是技术人员专业知识灵活运用的良好实践。通过对海上某油田涡轮机启动失败多种现象的分析,得出结论:凡要保证内燃机顺利启动,必须保证机组所处的环境温度在20~25,℃,最终通过细致的排查将问题处理,其过程讲解详实处理得当。 When dealing with turbine start-up failures,the skillful use of the basic knowledge of the three elements of combustion enables technicians have a clear mind and a correct direction of problem solving.The method provides theoreti-cal reference for related technical personnel in dealing with such problems.This is a not only the long-term practice of tech-nical personnel,but also the good practice of their professional knowledge.Based on the analysis of various phenomena ofoffshore oilfield turbine start-up failure,it comes to a conclusion that to ensure the start operation of the internal combustionengine,the environment temperature must be within the range of 20~25,℃.The issues have been solved through careful investigation.The detailed explanation may provide some help to related technical personnel.
