直肠多灶性类癌一例

Multifocal carcinoid tumor of the rectum:one case report and literature review

类癌是一种低度恶性的神经内分泌肿瘤,临床少见,其好发于胃肠道,因其缺乏特异性的临床症状,容易漏诊、误诊,临床医师应当高度重视。该文对1例直肠多灶性类癌患者的发病、诊治经过及预后进行描述及简单分析。该例提示直肠多灶性类癌在临床上极为罕见,疑似病例应常规行肛门指检,再结合结肠镜、超声内镜及病理活检等综合分析,以提高该病的早期诊断率,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,不断提高患者的预后及生活质量。

Carcinoid tumor is a low-grade neuroendocrine tumor,which is rarely encountered in clinical practice.It commonly affects the gastrointestinal tract.It is likely to miss the diagnosis and make a misdiagnosis due to lack of specific clinical symptoms,which should captivate widespread attention from clinicians.In this article,we described and analyzed the incidence,diagnosis,treatment and clinical prognosis of one case of multifocal carcinoid tumor of the rectum.This case prompted that multifocal carcinoid tumor of the rectum was extremely rare in clinical settings.Digital rectal examination,colonoscopy,endoscopic ultrasound and pathological biopsy should be performed to enhance the early diagnostic rate of patients suspected with multifocal carcinoid tumor of the rectum.Early detection,diagnosis and treatment are recommended to improve the clinical practice and quality of life.
