摘要
高速动车组在运行过程中车内会出现异常噪音的问题。通过对国内某型高速动车组车轮镟修前后,车内噪声和车轮粗糙度进行测试。对比分析镟修前后车内噪声频谱特性和车轮多边形特征,发现异常噪音车辆的对应的车轮均存在严重的多边形特征,镟修后车轮多边形特征明显改善,车内噪声值明显降低。研究结果表明,车轮多边形是造成车内异常噪音的主要原因,通过噪声测试能够一定程度上监测车轮多边形程度,镟修是目前解决高速动车组车内异常噪音最有效的方法。本研究对监控车轮多边形,防止严重的车轮多边形对高速动车组车辆造成更严重的影响起到重要作用。
Internal abnormal noises may occur sometimes in high-speed trains operation.In this study,the tests of internal noise in the coaches and roughness of the corresponding wheels are carried out before and after re-profiling of the wheels.Through analysis the different characters of noise and roughness before and after re-profiling of the wheels,it is found that the wheels of the coaches with abnormal internal noise are seriously polygonal.The polygonal wheels are improved by re-profiling and the level of interior noise is reduced.The result of study indicates that the wheel polygonal is the main reason to cause the internal abnormal noise.The level of polygonal wheels can be evaluated by the measurement of the internal noise.The most effective method to solve the abnormal noise is re-profiling of wheels currently.The conclusion plays an important role for polygonal wheel monitoring so as to prevent poor influence to high-speed trains due to the seriously polygonal of the wheels.
