摘要
振动是影响离心泵机组安全可靠性运行的重要因素。针对某石化公司多级离心泵振动超标、不能正常运行等问题,借助北京京航公司HG8908C数据采集系统进行振动测试,运用频谱分析方法对其振动信号幅域、时域、频域详细诊断分析,给出其可能的故障因素,并结合解体情况提出调整转子中心、适当增大叶轮出口与导叶进口间的动静间隙等相关方案,有效地解决了振动故障问题,提高了泵组的可靠性。此方法及解决措施对类似振动故障问题具有一定参考价值和指导意义。
Vibration is an important negative factor for the safety and reliability to guarantee normal operation for centrifugal pumps.The multistage pumps of a petroleum chemistry company have the problem of over-standard vibration and cannot operate normally.In order to solve the vibration problem,the HG8908 C vibration data collection system of Beijing Jinghang company is employed to monitor the vibration signal of the centrifugal pump.The frequency spectrum analysis method is applied to diagnostic analysis of the vibration signal characteristics in amplitude domain,frequency domain and time domain respectively.And the possible fault patters are figured out.Based on the analytic outcome,the measures of controlling the accuracy of rotor alignment,enlarging the outlet of the vane wheel and amplifying the radial-clearance between the wheel and the baffle are proposed and carried out.The tests results show that these measures can effectively eliminate the vibration fault and the reliability of the pump unit is raised.The method and measures proposed in this work may have a reference value and guidance significance for diagnosis and solution of vibration faults of pumps.
