摘要
应用ANSYS软件对秸秆压缩制粒双模挤压成型过程进行数值模拟,通过对挤压成型过程中秸秆颗粒应力以及模孔的受力分析,得出成品出现裂纹和松弛的现象与物料在径向方向上的流变速率不一致有关的结论,为提高产品品质提供了理论依据.将秸秆颗粒挤压成型的影响因素进行了力学表征,从微观力学角度对其影响因素进行分析,以期为工程化研究提供参考.
mANSYS was used to simulate and analyse the straw compact granule. According to the stress analysis of the pel-lets of biomass and the die holes, the reason for the crack and loose of the final pellets is that the straw’s rheologic rate at the radial direction is different. The research can provide some theoretical basis for improving the quality of the briquetting. The influencing factors of the straw were studied with mechanical characterization, and the influencing factors of biomass were analyzed from perspective of micro mechanics.
