民族地区农业科技资源配置能力评价研究

Research on Evaluation and Promotion of Agricultural Scientific and Technical Resource Allocation Ability in Ethnic Minority Areas

以农业科研机构为研究对象,对我国民族地区农业科技资源配置现状、配置结构开展分析。利用突变理论与模糊数学隶属函数相结合的方法,实证分析各省份总指标及子指标的得分和排名,找出其优势、不足及原因,并结合民族地区省份的发展特征提出有针对性的意见,为改善和提升农业科技资源配置能力以及配置效率提供理论依据。

Tis paper chooses agricultural scientifc research institutions as the research object. Analysis on the Current Situation and Confguration Structure of Agricultural Science and Technology Resources in Ethnic Areas of China. By using the method of mutation theory and fuzzy mathematics membership function, this paper analyzes the scores and rank of the total index and sub-index of each province, fnds out its advantages, shortcomings and causes, and puts forward the specifc opinions according to the development characteristics of ethnic areas. So as to provide theoretical basis for improving and enhancing the allocation of agricultural science and technology resources and the efciency of allocation.
