摘要
苋菜红(amaranth)是工业上常用的合成染料,被广泛应用于纺织品、造纸品、化妆品以及食品医药品的生产。然而,大量使用苋菜红可能会对人体,尤其是青少年儿童的健康产生诸多不良影响,因此采用有效的方法来提取和分析苋菜红是检测其含量是否合格的关键步骤。重点探讨了苋菜红的多种提取和分析方法,为食品添加剂的含量测定提供了理论参考。
Amaranth is a commonly used synthetic dye in industry. It is widely used in the production of textiles, paper products, cosmetics, food and medicine. However, the extensive use of amaranth may do harm to human health, especially for young children. The methods of extraction and analysis of amaranth are mainly discussed in this paper, which provides a theoretical reference for the content determination of food additives.
