摘要 以某款6×6传统非公路矿用自卸车为原型,对其驱动系统进行了改进设计。利用CRUISE对原车进行建模,针对矿山的实际环境进行了循环工况设计,通过仿真结果与原车试验数据对比,验证了模型的准确性。混合动力矿用自卸车模型仿真结果表明,改进后矿用自卸车在满足动力性的同时保证了整车燃油经济性,达到了预期设计要求。 The drive system of a 6×6 traditional off-highway mining dump truck as the prototype was redesigned.The prototype vehicle model was created by CRUISE, and the driving cycle was designed according to the practical mining environment. The simulation results were compared with vehicle test data, which verified accuracy of the model. The simulation results of the hybrid mining dump truck show that the redesigned hybrid vehicle not only meets power performance, but also ensures the requirement of vehicle fuel economy, meanwhile, it also satisfies expected design requirement.
